Joseph Rheaume

Skippack, PA — Joseph N. Rheaume, 81, husband of the late Claire C. (Martineau) Rheaume, Skippack, Pa., died Wednesday, in Seasons Hospice at Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, Pa. He was a former resident of Oaks, Pa.

Mr. Rheaume was born in Lawrence, and was a son of the late Joseph A. and Eva (Ouellette) Rheaume. He was a graduate of Boston University and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Mr. Rheaume retired in 1989, as a sales representative for Lucent Technologies, Philadelphia, Pa., where he worked for over 30 years. He was a member of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin.

Mr. Rheaume is survived by his children, Christine, wife of James Maranto, East Hampstead, N.H., Kim, wife of Jon Swift, Simi Valley, Calif., John, husband of Jane (Kirby) Rheaume, Royersford, Pa., and Paul, husband of Beth (Patrick) Rheaume, Royersford, Pa.; and his grandchildren, Michelle and Michael Maranto, Daniel and Jillian Swift, and Danielle, Drew, and Joshua Rheaume.

ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral Mass will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, at the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Schwenksville, Pa. Friends may call from 2 to 2:45 p.m., Friday, at the church. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, at St. Patrick Cemetery, Norristown, Pa. Arrangements are by Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., Trappe, Pa.
