Epping, NH — Rosaline Anna Langlois Jones, 81, died on April 4, 2014, at the Exeter Center.
She was born on September 7, 1932, in Lowell, MA, the daughter of the late Manuel and Maria (Rodriquez) Cardoza. A resident of Epping, NH, for the last 13 years, she also formerly resided for many years in Exeter and Newmarket, NH. Rosaline attended the University of New Hampshire and was a graduate of the Empire Beauty School. She formerly owned and was a hair dresser for Hair Emotion in Maine and was the owner and operator of Rosie’s Meat Market in Exeter, NH. She was an avid sewer, knitter and crocheter for her family and grandchildren. She also loved reading books, one of her recent favorites was "Tectonic Shift" by Marc Lang. She also greatly enjoyed spending time with her family at parties and any other gatherings.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stuart Jones who died in October, 1988 and also her daughter, Shirley Mae Langlois who died in October 1968; and is survived by 9 children and their spouses, Sandra and André Gray of Las Vegas, NV, Linda and Bill Kennedy of Danbury, NH, Gloria and Kevin Fischer of Hampton, NH, Brenda and Michael Shiepe of Salem, NH, Marilyn and Jeffrey Cole of Nottingham, NH, Michael and Patricia Langlois of Epsom, NH, Shirley and Andrew Schwechheimer of Amesbury, MA, Raymond Langlois of Ashburn, GA, and Mark Langlois of Hampton, NH; 16 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Flora Record of Epsom, NH, Mary Melo of Hernando Beach, FL, and Lena Silvia of Somerset, MA; 1 brother, Peter Cardoza of Newmarket, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Brewitt Funeral Home, 9 Pleasant St., Epping, NH, is handling the arrangements.
