Epping, NH — Carolyn J. (Wile) Gagnon, 74, died on April 19, 2014, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House.
Born, raised and educated in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Cecile (LaPlume) Wile. She graduated from Haverhill High School, Class of 1958. Mrs. Gagnon was employed as a layout operator for over 32 years at Western Electric Co., AT&T Technologies and Lucent Technologies. A member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, Communication Workers of America, AF of L/CIO, she enjoyed beading, crafts, Towle painting, and most of all trips, to Disney World with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Gagnon; a stepdaughter, Kathleen M. Gagnon of Manchester, N.H.; a sister and brother-in-law, Verna G. and Harold Smith of Amesbury, Mass.; a brother and sister-in-law, Albert E. and Carol Wile of Haverhill, Mass.; several cousins; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a stepson, Timothy Gagnon; a sister, Rene Blanchette; and a brother, Henry Wile.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, April 23, from 3 to 6 p.m., at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow, N.H.
