Haverhill — Kevin Dandurant, 62, of Haverhill, died unexpectedly, Monday, May, 5 at the Merrimack Valley Hospital, Haverhill.
He was born in Haverhill, Jan. 14, 1952, son of the late Herman J. and Annabelle B. (Gillis) Dandurant.
Kevin was educated in the Haverhill school system.
He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War where he earned a National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Sharpshooter Ribbon and Army Commendation Medal.
For the past 10 years, he was employed at the Haverhill YMCA in the maintenance department. Prior to this, he worked for Foss Manufacturing and Gare Ceramics.
An avid Patriots fan, Kevin enjoyed getting together on Sundays with his brothers and friends.
His survivors include his sisters, Judith A. Kelley and her husband, John of Brunswick, Ohio, Joan M. Dandurant of Bradford; brothers, David J. Dandurant of Manchester, N.H., Dennis W. Dandurant and his wife, Fannie of Haverhill, Laurence “Larry” Dandurant of Haverhill, and several nieces and nephews.
Kevin was the brother of the late Keith M. Dandurant, Sandra Karpich and brother-in-law of the late Jane Dandurant.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his calling hours on Saturday, May 10, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill.
