Margaret Donahue, 81

Hopedale — Margaret A. (Palmeter) Donahue, 81, of Bellingham, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Franklin. She was the wife of Frederick L. Donahue of 60 years.

She was born in Haverhill, daughter of the late, Carl and Margaret (Collins) Palmeter and lived in Haverhill before moving to Bellingham in 1963. She was a graduate of the Haverhill High School, class of 1949.

Mrs. Donahue was a communicant of the Sacred Heart Church in Hopedale.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Kevin and his wife, Chris (Gray) Donahue of Blackstone, Stephen and his wife, Kathy (Hallfelder) Donahue of Uxbridge; one daughter, Connie and her husband, Michael Woodin of Colchester Conn.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her brother Carl Palmeter and her sister Phyllis Ryan.

ARRANGEMENTS: The funeral will be held, Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St., Milford, Ma. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church on Hopedale St. in Hopedale. Burial will follow in the St. John’s the Baptist Cemetery in Bellingham. Calling hours are Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.
