New Brunswick, Canada — Clarence Morin, 72, died on March 2, 2013 at Edmundston Regional Hospital, New Brunswick, Canada. He was born on February 12, 1941 in St. Joseph, New Brunswick to the late, Albenie and Mathee (Bose) Morin. Raised and educated in St. Joseph, New Brunswick.
He was employed by Local 7 as a Union Ironworker for 45 years, working on countless projects over his career. Clarence was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, snowmobiling and riding his motorcycle all while smoking his favorite cigars, although his favorite time was spent with his children and especially grandchildren and great-grandson.
Clarence is survived by his children, Ronald Morin of Derry, N.H, Lawrence Morin and his wife, Julie of Derry N.H., and Lisa Beaulieu and her husband. Alain of Methuen; grandchildren, Jeffry, Matthew, Sonia, and Casandra, and great-grandson, Dylan, as well as his siblings, Bertrand Morin, Rose Amiee Deschamps, Fernande Hebert; and his longtime companion, Jayne Severins of Townsend, Mass.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may call on Saturday, from 1 to 3 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. at the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third St., North Andover. Burial will be private at a later date. Clarence’s family has graciously invited family and friends to join with them after the service at the Lawrence British Club 80 Cambridge St. So. Lawrence.
