Bradford, MA — Frederick L. DelleChiaie Sr., 84, of Bradford, Mass., and formerly of North Andover, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014, at Lawrence General Hospital. Frederick was born in Lawrence on February 14, 1930, to the late Frederick and Louise (Pasault) DelleChiaie. Frederick was employed for Raytheon for over 17 years as a mechanical engineer, until his retirement in 1995. He was a proud Navy veteran, having served during the Korean Conflict. During his spare time, Frederick enjoyed his summers at the trailer at Hampton Beach, and loved to woodwork. He was a former vestryman of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in North Andover.
Frederick is survived by his beloved wife, Amy H. (Wilton) DelleChiaie, of Bradford; his son, Rick DelleChiaie of Bradford; and his three grandchildren, Laura, Lisa and Ryan; as well as his beloved cat, Penny. Frederick was predeceased by his daughter, Debra Ann DelleChiaie.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his funeral service on Thursday, February 20, at 11 a.m., in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, North Andover. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, from 4 to 7 p.m., in the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third Street, North Andover.
