Lawrence — Carolyn L. Bambara, 69, of Lawrence passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at the Lawrence General Hospital. She was born in Methuen and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Bertha (Temple) Bambara.
Carolyn was raised and educated in Lawrence. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School and also attended McIntosh Business School. She was retired from the Internal Revenue Service where she had worked for 38 years as a tax examiner.
Besides her parents, Carolyn was predeceased by her sister, Linda Bambara.
She is survived by her devoted and loving sister, Grace Morris and her husband, Larry, of Seabrook, N.H.; her beloved nieces, Linda Law and her husband, Chris, of Salem, N.H., Lori Wolfe and her husband, Troy, of Georgia, and Lisa Signorelli of Florida; step-nieces and nephew and her beloved 14 grandnieces and nephews. She will also be missed by all her dear friends at Diamond Springs.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Monday June 24, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. (noon) in the funeral home. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, North Andover.
