Mary A. (Silvio) Scovotti

Formerly of Haverhill — Mary A. (Silvio) Scovotti, formerly of Haverhill, died Saturday morning, January 26 at her daughters home in Vero Beach, Fla. She was born in Haverhill, daughter of the late Marco and Theresa (Aiello) Silvio.

Educated in the Haverhill school system, Mrs. Scovotti graduated from Haverhill High School, and for several years, co-owned and operated Gina’s Variety, Washington St., Haverhill. Mrs. Scovotti was a member of the former St. George’s Church and attended All Saints Church. She moved to Vero Beach in 2009

She was the wife of the late Emanuel “Manny” Scovotti who died in 2005 and sister of the late, John and James Silvio. Her survivors include her children, Mary P. Scovotti of Haverhill, Theresa A. and her husband, Dennis Boucher of Concord, N.H., Ralph J. and his wife, Sue Scovotti of Plaistow, N.H., Robin A. Scovotti of Vero Beach, Fla., Gina A. and her husband, Glenn Riviezzo of Atkinson, N.H.; three brothers, Richard F. Silvio of Medford, Marco Silvio of Haverhill, Robert Silvio of Haverhill; four sisters, Rita Martinonis of Haverhill, Geraldine A. Langon of Haverhill, Jacqueline A. Kakides of Las Vegas, Silvia A. Greenburg of Haverhill, 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service on Thursday morning, January 31 at 10 a.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Haverhill. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. Condolences to her family may be made at
