Methuen — Russell J. “Bullhead” Morrison, 51, of Methuen passed away Tuesday at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Haverhill, son of Robert J. and Barbara L. (Kidder) Morrison. Russell worked for the Lowell Water Department for several years prior to retirement. After retiring Russell enjoyed playing drums, fishing, donating time to the Clean River Project and especially spending time with his family around bonfires at his house.
Russell is survived by his mother, Barbara Ryan, and her husband, Robert, of Tampa, Fla.; three children, Justin Vhan Morrison and his fiancée, Barbara Merrick, of Lawrence, Madison Michael Morrison of Haverhill, Jessica Ann Marie Morrison of Plaistow, and their mother, Jane Allen, of Haverhill; five brothers, Robert “Joe” Morrison of Georgetown, Rocky Morrison of Salem N.H., Rosco Morrison of Kingston, Gard Ryan of Tampa, Fla., Guy Ryan of Gatesville, Texas; three sisters, Bobbie Koralishn of Derry, N.H., Robin Morrison of Tampa, Fla., and Bobbra Ryan of Tampa, Fla. Russell is predeceased by his father, Robert J. Morrison, and his twin brother, Ronnie Morrison.
