METHUEN — Arnoldo Alexander Vargas Molina, 20, passed away Sunday after sustained injuries from an automobile accident
He was the son of the Mario A. and Mirta (Molina) Vargas of Methuen.
Raised and educated in Methuen, he was a graduate of Methuen High School as was expected to graduate in January from ITT Technical Institute after training in electronics.
Alex was always known as someone who made friends easily. He enjoyed soccer and basketball; his son Alexander Cabrera and his loving family were at the center of his life.
In addition to his beloved parents, family members include five brothers, Victor, Mario, Saul, Carlos, Erik; three sisters, Lucrecia, Lucia, Nivian; maternal grandmother, Eloisa Molina; nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and extended family.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral from The Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, South Lawrence. Calling hours, Friday, Nov. 16, from 4 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11 AM in St. Patrick Church. Final acts of farewell and laying to rest will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen.
