Salem, NH — Ronald L. “Ron” Paul, 74, of Salem, N.H., died on Friday, July 12, at his home. Ron was born and educated in Maine. Ron was foreman of parks and properties, and worked for the Town of Salem for 22 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and car shows. Ron loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his brother, Arthur. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Kathleen (Doucette) Paul, of Salem; his sons, Ron Paul Jr. and wife, Daphne, of Kennebunk, Maine, and Dalton Marin of Salem, N.H.; His daughters, Waunetta and husband, Kenneth Wakefield of Sanford, Maine, Brenda and husband, Scott Anderson of Salem, N.H., Christine Felix of Lawrence, Mass., Suzanne and husband, Steve Nason of Kennebunk, and Tara and her husband, Herman Rice of Salem; his brothers, Roy Paul of Arizona, James Paul of Lyman, Maine, and Donald Paul of Sanford, Maine; his sisters, Sharon Little and partner, Nancy Chamberlain of Saco, Maine, Joan Gregoire and Carol Kuheana, both of Biddeford, Maine, Linda and husband, Nelson Townsend of Salem; and 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours are on Monday, July 15, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, at 10:30 a.m., in Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
