Toledo, Ohio — On the morning of July 11, Roberta "Bobbie" (Sargent) Begin, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, after a brief illness.
Bobbie experienced a full and varied life, being both the daughter, and later, the wife of military men. She was at the bombing of Pearl Harbor. By her estimation, she attended 32 schools before graduating from Haverhill High School in 1953. Crafts of all kinds were her hobby, but yarn was her favorite medium, knitting and crocheting many family heirlooms that will serve as constant reminders of her exacting standards and generous nature.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd G. and Marion (Cusick) Sargent. She is survived by her brother, Laurence (Lois) Sargent; and sister, Marillyn Sargent; her children, Linda (Paul) Werts and Timothy (Becky) Begin; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
ARRANGEMENTS: At Bobbie's request, there will be no service. Those wishing to give tribute to her memory are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or The Care Center of Lake Wales, Florida.
