Derry, NH — Robert W. Manning II, 38, of Derry, N.H., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at his home. He was born on March 31, 1975, in Lowell, Mass., and was a son of Robert W. Manning and Marie (Gagne) Manning. He was a resident of Derry for two years, formerly living in California. Robert proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines, where he obtained rank as Sergeant. He attended Pinkerton Academy, and graduated from East Coast Aero Tech. He was most recently employed as an installer for Nationwide Ladder in Windham, N.H.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer M. (Toomey) Manning; his two beloved children, Angela P. Manning and Robert W. Manning III; his mother, Marie Manning and her husband, Jerry Cloutier; his father, Robert W. Manning and his wife, Judy; one sister, Stacie Cody and her husband, Sean; four nieces and nephews, Joseph Manning and his wife, Stephanie, and their children Allison and Joseph, Jacob Manning, Nikolas Cody and Kailee Cody; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Following cremation, calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 11, from 9 to 11 a.m., in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m., in the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, N.H.
