Angelina M. Nicolosi, 92


Methuen — Angelina M. (Ferraro) Nicolosi, 92, of Methuen passed away Saturday at the Nevins Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Methuen. She was born in Lawrence and was the daughter of the late Donato and Concetta Ferraro.

Angelina was a graduate of Lawrence High School and lived in Methuen for the greater part of her life. Prior to being married, she worked at Holy Rosary Church Rectory and retired from Mutual Manufacturing at the Everett Mills.

Angelina adored her family and loved vacationing with her husband. She and her husband loved going to Rockingham Park and going into the winners circle with their winning horses. She was an unbelievable cook who loved cooking for the holidays and was an avid Red Sox fan.

Angelina was predeceased by her beloved husband, Paul J. Nicolosi; her siblings, Tony, Joseph and Frank Ferraro, Mary Fusco, Julia Puglisi and Elizabeth Trovato and her son in law, Charles “Jeff” Jeffries.

She is survived by her son, Joseph P. Nicolosi and her loving daughter in law Geri both of Methuen; her loving daughter and caretaker, Paula J. Jeffries of Methuen; her brother, Dominic Ferraro and his wife Dorothy of Methuen; her sister, Theresa Ferraro of Lawrence; her sister in law, Modestina “Tootsie” Ferraro of Methuen; her grandchildren, Paul J. Nicolosi, II and his wife Jessica of Salem, NH, Jerome J. Nicolosi of Centerville, MA, Joseph P. Nicolosi, Jr. and his companion Jackie Wright of Salem, NH, David J. Trask, Jr and his wife Stacy of Methuen and Deanna Bower and her husband Patrick of Sandown, NH and her former son in law, David J. Trask, Sr. of Methuen. She is also survived by 9 adoring great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 4-8 PM at the Cataudella Funeral Home 126 Pleasant Valley St. Methuen. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Corpus Christi Parish at Holy Rosary Church, 35 Essex St. Lawrence. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s – Immaculate Conception Mausoleum, Lawrence.
