Haverhill — Betsy J. (Dailey) Derby, 68, of Haverhill, died Thursday, April 25, at the Merrimack Valley Hospital in Haverhill.
She was born in Johnstown, Pa., on August 27, 1944, the daughter of the late Lewis N. and Wilda (Fetter) Dailey.
Raised in Florida, Betsy was educated in the Jensen Beach school system. While in Haverhill, she was employed at Scandia Plastics in Plaistow, N.H., and Sparkle Cleaning in Hampstead, N.H.
Her survivors include a son, Edward Reed Myles; a daughter, Angela Marie Myles; two sisters, Karen Lee Gifford and Lou Ann Dailey; her caretaker, Donald Driscoll of Haverhill; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends in the Haverhill area.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service on Friday morning, May 3, at 11 a.m. from the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill. A visitation period will precede the funeral service on Friday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
