Elizabeth A. Marsh, 82


Methuen, MA. — A gentle woman left us on Sunday, February, 24, 2013. Elizabeth A. Marsh, 82, of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family. Elizabeth was the beloved wife of the late Stanley R. Marsh, Jr. Elizabeth and Stanley shared 51 years of joyous marriage. Her six devoted children are David Marsh of Manchester, NH; Robyn Marsh Lowthers of Haverhill, MA; Jody Ellen Gentilesco of Methuen, MA; Edith Peterson of Methuen, MA; Laurie Stone of Niceville, FL; and Shari Trabucchi of Nashua, NH. Sharing in love and devotion are the spouses of her six children, Kelly, Gary, George, William, Steve, and Bob.

Elizabeth cherished the love of her dear grandchildren; Sean Bushnell, Tara, Hillary, and Allison Pickard, Kristen, Michelle, and Zachary Peterson; Heather, Jared, and Sean Stone; and Joseph, George, and Grace Trabucchi; along with her great grandchildren, Alexandra, Brayden, and Olivia.

Elizabeth resided in the town of North Andover for many years where her children were raised. Growing up, Elizabeth was a resident of Lawrence, MA. She attended St. Mary’s High School and St. John’s School of Nursing where she received her license as a Registered Nurse. Elizabeth began her first and favorite career path as a Surgical Nurse at Bon Secours Hospital. Elizabeth was also a devoted parishioner of St. Michael’s church. She enjoyed her friendships within many prayer groups.

Elizabeth had a love for cooking and gardening, and the game of scrabble. She had a flare for decorating and was a collector of fine crafts. Elizabeth’s calling in life was to care for her family. She was the devoted daughter of Anthony and Adeline Feola, originally of Lawrence, MA and later of North Andover, MA. Elizabeth is survived by her two loving sisters, Pauline Deneu of Manchester, NH and Geraldine Campbell of North Andover, MA, along with their husbands, Frank and Chet, and many nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 28th from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third Street, North Andover. Her Funeral Mass will be on Friday, March 1st at 11AM in St.Michael Church, 196 Main Street, North Andover. A private burial for Family will be held at a later date.
