Lawrence — Pauline V. (Gasser) Hanley, 91, a resident of Lawrence, MA, died on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Center in Lawrence.
Born in Lowell, MA, Mrs. Hanley was educated in the Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School. She worked as a Sales Clerk for various stores for some 15 to 20 years. She had been a member of the Ladies Sodality at St. Patrick Parish of which she was a parishioner. She was an avid ballroom dancer and enjoyed playing Bingo and traveling.
The widow of Martin V. Hanley, family members include: Nieces Rosemary Hanley of Lawrence, MA, Dorothy Bowen of Melrose, MA, Betty Mac Allister of Shrewsbury, MA. Nephews: John Hanley of Methuen, MA, James Hanley of Lawrence, MA, Sister-in-law Alice Hanley of Shrewsbury, MA. Pauline was the sister of the late Virginia Spence.
ARRANGEMENTS: A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 11:00AM in St. Patrick Church in Lawrence, MA. A burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
