John G. McKenzie, 58

Auburn NH — John G.McKenzie of Auburn, NH, lost his battle surrounded by his loving family on Friday evening October 19th. He was 58 years old.

John was born, July 14th, 1954 in McPherson, Kansas and moved to Massachusetts as a young boy. He attended the University of Massachusetts and continued his education at DeVry Institute of Technology and Manchester Community College, New Hampshire. He and Patti raised their family in Derry NH. John worked for 32 years for a local custom keyboard company. Throughout his career John was able to share in the development of many system programs that are currently used in many of our department of defense systems operations including equipment installed on the US space station. John shares a patent on a special technology flat keyboard. He supported the NH lacrosse league web site for 9 years. John held his private pilot’s license for over 25 years and loved to fly. Along with his family, John also enjoyed motorcycles, scuba diving, boating and hiking.

John was a devoted and loving husband to Patricia A. (Mac Neil). He was a loving and supportive father to Daniel his wife Mary of Epsom, NH and daughter Sarah Paone and her husband Jonathan of Danville, NH, John leaves 4 precious grandchildren Colby, Ysabelle, Julianne and Hailey. He is also survived by his brother Scott and wife Susan of Nashua NH and David and wife Rosanna of Gloucester MA.

John warmly loved his Aunt’s and Uncle’s, Brothers and Sister In-laws, nieces, nephews and the many dear friends whom he sadly leaves behind.

ARRANGEMENTS: A Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday at 10 AM at St.Micheal’s Church in North Andover Massachusetts.

Burial will follow in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery also in North Andover.

Family and friends may call on Monday from 4-8 at the Conte Funeral Home 28 Florence Street Andover.
