Mildred A. Pizzano, 91

Methuen — Mildred A. Pizzano, 91, of Methuen, died on Monday September 16, 2013, at Methuen Health & Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Pizzano was born in Clarke Island, Maine and was a life resident of Methuen. She was a graduate of Edward F. Searles High School and McIntosh Business School. She worked as a secretary at The Internal Revenue Service, Andover until her retirement.

The widow of Anthony “Tony” Pizzano, her family members include her daughter, Janice and her husband, Donald Sestini of Methuen and her brother, Ernie Wade of Palm Coast, Fla. She leaves her grandchildren, Jill Sestini and her wife, “Tilli” Laura Trombolli, Donald Sestini and David and his wife, Veronica Sestini, and her great-grandchildren, Nicole, Ava, Isabella, Miah, Anthony and Nathanial. Mildred was predeceased by her daughter, Joan Pizzano and her sisters, Idabelle Wade and Barbara Viewege.

ARRANGEMENTS: Services were private. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen. Arrangements were by The Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen.
