Haverhill — Rose (Fraccalvieri) Krikorian, 93, of Haverhill passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at Massachusetts General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Rose was born in Bari, Italy, and was the daughter of the late Luigi and Chiarina (Cicale) Fraccalvieri, and the widow of Karnig Krikorian.
Rose came to America as an infant. She was raised and educated in Haverhill, and graduated from Haverhill High School. She worked as a stitcher in the shoe factories of Haverhill for 40 years, until she retired. Rose simply enjoyed being with family and friends, and her greatest joy was making people happy. She always said try to make someone smile every day.
She was our heart, and we’ll never be the same without her.
Rose is survived by her son, Karney L Krikorian and his longtime companion, Marlan Perreault of Haverhill; her daughters, Kathy R Pelliccione and her husband, Vincent, of Salem, N.H., and Karen R. Krikorian and her husband, Arthur King of Haverhill; her sister, Ida G. Fraccalvieri of Haverhill; several in-laws; and nieces and nephews. Rose was predeceased by her sister, Isabel Loffredo.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to calling hours on Wednesday, October 16, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. Her Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, October 17, at 10 a.m., in All Saints Church, Haverhill. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery Haverhill.
