Uxbridge, MA, formerly of Lawrence — Wallace G. Hatem, 61, of Uxbridge, Mass., formerly of Lawrence, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2013, at the Genesis Healthcare in Milford, Mass. He was raised and educated in Lawrence and was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Salem State College.
Mr. Hatem was employed as a scanner for the library at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and had also worked in the computer industry in marketing communications for many years.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Laura (Albertson) Hatem; his children, Calvin J. and Katrina P. Hatem, both of Uxbridge; his parents, Wallace G. and Theresa P. (Bove) Hatem of Lawrence; his brothers, Thomas Hatem and his fiance, Robin Laflamme of Londonderry, N.H., and Steven Hatem and his wife, Linda, of Newton Junction, N.H.; his sister, Patricia Hatem of Fremont, N.H.; his nephew, Christopher Hatem; his niece, Vivian Hatem; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, October 24, 2013, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday following the conclusion of visiting hours at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence.
