Honora Levesque, 93

Sagamore Beach — Honora T. (Lacasse) Levesque, 93, of Sagamore Beach, died May 3, 2013, at the Bourne Manor in Bourne, Mass. She was the wife of Normand R. Levesque of 66 years. She was born in Canada, daughter of the late Joseph and Bernadette (Boucher) Lacasse. She was a graduate of Manchester High School, Class of 1937. She was raised in Manchester, N.H., later settling in Hopkinton, and moved to Sagamore Beach in 1996. Prior to starting her family, Honora was employed as a buyer at the former Sutherland Department Store in Lawrence. She was a volunteer at the Hopkinton Library. She was a member of the Hopkinton Women’s Club and the Hopkinton French Club.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Donald and his wife, Allyson Levesque, of Hopedale; her granddaughter, Allyson and her husband, Normand Poisson, of Milford; her great-granddaughter, Courtney Julian of Milford; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, Hubert Lacasse, and her sisters, Blanche Keech and Majella Watkins.

ARRANGEMENTS: A Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. in the St. John’s Church, 20 Church St., Hopkinton, MA. The burial will follow in the St. John’s Cemetery in Hopkinton. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday morning prior to the funeral Mass from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water St., Milford, MA.
