Haverhill, MA — David Norman Raymond, 60, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the Hyder Family Hospice House.
David was born in Haverhill, Mass., the son of the Norman E. and Yvonne (Fleury) Raymond.
He was proud to have been raised in the Acre section of the city and lived his life by virtue of good principle. His proudest accomplishment in his life was his employment in the 1970’s working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Massachusetts State Police Department of Public Safety in their fingerprint Identification departments.
Having been retired due to heart complications at an early age from Mason+ Rich P.A. Accounting Firm, David enjoyed enriching his mind and his world through reading, scrapbooking and when he was able to, traveling. Historic hotels and national parks were his favorites as well as his spending summers up at Shore Hills Campground in Boothbay, Maine. To David this always brought a sense of peace and tranquility to his challenged life.
He is survived by his partner in life of 28 years, Charles White, Jr. David was touched throughout his life by endearing support of his Tremblay cousins, Roland, Rachel, Robert, Robin and Richard and they all held a special place in his heart and he was forever grateful.
