Atkinson, NH — Bruce A. Voigt, 67, of Atkinson, died unexpectedly, on Monday, August 26, 2013, at his home from natural causes.
Born, raised and educated in Lawrence, Mass., he was the son of the late Carl and Christine (Cruichshank) Voigt. He was a member of the Lawrence High School, Class of 1964. Employed as a production associate at Western Electric, AT&T and Lucent Technologies, he retired in 2001, and was most recently employed with Ronnie Roy Landscaping Co.
A member of the American Kennel Club, he was a breeder and handler of German Shepherds for many years. He also volunteered for his condo association as a landscaper. An avid Yankees and New England Patriots fan, he enjoyed all types of music and movies. He was a resident of Atkinson since 1993, and a former resident of Plaistow and Fremont.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Linda J. (LaFontaine) Voigt; a son, Derek R. Voigt; a son, Jesse M. Voigt of Salem, N.H. and his fianceé, Jessica LeMire; a stepson, Keary D. Millard of Los Angeles, Calf.; a brother, Carl Voigt Jr. of Derry; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
