North Andover, MA — Antoinette M. “Ann” (Milinazzo) Burke, 89, of North Andover, but formerly of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, and a member of a widely known Greater Lowell family, died on Monday morning at Wingate of Andover, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of the late Raymond D. Burke, who died July 8, 1982.
Born in Lowell, Mass., on January 11, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and the late Maria (Ferrera) Milinazzo. She received her education in the Lowell School System.
Prior to her retirement, Ann was a tester at Wang Labs for many years.
She enjoyed her time with the members of the Lowell Senior Center, but was most happy being with her family, especially her daughters and grandchildren.
Ann is survived by two daughters, Patricia A. Hayward and her husband, Roy, of North Andover, and Ann Marie Cunha and her husband, Paul, of Rockaway, N.J.; two granddaughters, Allyson Cunha of Newport Beach, Calif., and Shiloh Haven and her husband, Mathew, of Amesbury.; two grandsons, Matthew Cunha of New York City, and David Cunha of Rockaway; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Al Milinazzo and his wife, Mary, of Lowell; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
ARRANGEMENTS: Friends may call at the O’Donnell Funeral Home, 276 Pawtucket Street at Fletcher, from 4 to 8 p.m., on Wednesday. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass, to be celebrated on Thursday morning at St. Michael Church in North Andover, at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery.
