Ana S. Collins

Newton, NH — Ana S. Collins, 83, was called home Monday, October 28, 2013, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 22, 1930, in Turrialba, Costa Rica. Ana is survived by her husband, Richard of Newton, NH; her daughter, Linda Borrelli and husband, Ralph, of Salem, NH and her son, David and wife, Doreen, of Haverhill, MA; grandchildren, William, James, Natasha, Sean, Jennieanne and Jake; seven great-grandchildren. Ana was predeceased by her daughter, Denise. Ana came to the US in 1950. After meeting Richard in 1955, they started their family and raised them in Lawrence. They celebrated 58 years of marriage on April 16, 2013. Ana was employed by ITT Semiconductors. Ana was a devoted wife and mother; her family was always her passion and priority. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially working in her gardens with her husband. She will be remembered and honored daily by her family.

ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends may celebrate her life on Saturday, November 2, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Granite United Church, 1 Sand Hill Road, Salem, NH.
