HAVERHILL — Jerry J. Buonanno, 66, of Bradford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 10, 2013, at the Holy Family Hospital, surrounded by his family.
Mr. Buonanno was born in Methuen on December 24, 1946, and was the son of the late James and Louise (Russo) Buonanno. He was raised in Lawrence and attended Lawrence schools.
He was the loving husband of the late Sandra (Tomaselli) Buonanno, who passed in 2001. They shared 35 years of marriage. For a period of time, they lived in Derry, N.H., before raising their family in Lawrence, and settling in Bradford.
He worked for many years as a kitchen designer at East Coast Lumber in Hampstead, N.H., before retiring in 2011.
Mr. Buonanno’s surviving family members include his caring sons, James and his wife, Sharon Buonanno of Wells, Maine, and Steven Buonanno of Bradford; sister, Camille Rosinski of Bradford; grandchildren, Nicholas Buonanno, Matthew Buonanno and Cassie Buonanno; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and many great friends.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning, November 14, beginning in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 South Main Street, Route 125, Bradford, at 9 a.m. A funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Hearts Church, 165 South Main Street, Bradford, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Salem Street, Bradford.
