Merrimack, NH — Mary Jean Frazzetta, 63, of Merrimack, passed away at her home on Thursday, September 5, 2013, surrounded by her family after a long illness.
She was born on January 6, 1950 in Lawrence, Mass., to Ann and the late Joseph Iannino.
Mary was a graduate of Lawrence High School and then went to graduate from Salem State College. She worked for many years as a teacher, most recently as a Para-educator for the Merrimack School District and also worked in the Superintendent’s office.
She was a loving wife and mother, and will be remembered for having a very caring soul.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her husband of 39 years, John Frazzetta of Merrimack; a son and daughter-in-law, John and his wife Nicole of Merrimack; a daughter, Lauren Frazzetta of Manchester; a granddaughter, Violet Frazzetta; a brother-in-law, Frank Frazzetta of Methuen, Mass.; a sister-in-law, Joan Baviello and her husband Frank; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack on Sunday, September 8 from 2 – 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Mercy, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack on Monday, September 9, at 9:30 a.m. Burial will then follow at Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence, Mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Mary’s name to Our Lady of Mercy Church or a Catholic Charity of one’s choice.
