Lawrence — Alice A. Pelletier, 98, of Lawrence died on Wednesday November 21, 2012 at Mary Immaculate Healthcare, Lawrence following a brief illness. Mrs. Pelletier was born in St. Apollinaire, Canada and came to this country in 1924. She has lived in The Greater Lawrence area all of her life. She was a parishioner of the former Sacred Heart Parish, Lawrence and is presently a parishioner of St Monica Church, Methuen. She was also a member of The Third Order of Mary Alice enjoyed playing cards, dancing, sewing and cooking and was especially devoted to her family.
The widow of Gerard F. Pelletier, her family members include her sons, Raymond G. and his wife, Linda Pelletier of Las Vegas, Nevada and Norman and his wife, Charlotte Pelletier of Andover and her daughter, Therese and her husband, Alan Stevens of Bedford, NH. Alice leaves 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her son, Roland F. Pelletier and her daughter, Jacqueline Schuman.
ARRANGEMENTS: Friends may visit on Tuesday November 27, 2012 from 9 to 10:30 am at The Charles F. Dewhirst Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Methuen. A funeral mass will follow at 11:00 am on Tuesday in St. Monica Church, Methuen. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Andover.
