Jody Van Velsor, 57

Andover — Jody Van Velsor, 57 of Andover, died Saturday, November 24, 2012, after a brief illness.

Born in Glen Cove, N.Y., she is survived by her son, Nolan Ryan; her parents, Willard and Heloise Van Velsor of Lake Wales, Fla.; her sister, Linda Hebert; brother-in law, Robert Hebert, of Rome, N.Y.; sister-in-law, Lynne Gentile-Gerding,of N.J.; and former husband, Richard Gerding, of Andover. She was pre-deceased by her sister, Vicki Van Velsor. Jody also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, as well as many neighbours and friend.

Jody was a devoted mother, and her most cherished times were spent with her son, Nolan, and family.

Jody was a Human Resource Manager, and held several positions during her career at Vicor, Sanmina, and Speedline.

Jody's love for life will remain with those she left behind. Thank you for so many lovely memories. We love you.

ARRANGEMENTS: A "Celebration of Life" will be held on Saturday, December 1 at 2 p.m. in the Ballard Vale United Church, 23 Clark Road, Andover

In lieu of flowers, Jody would want donations to be given to Feline Friends, P.O. Box 2452, Salem, NH 03079

Helen was predeceased by her parents, Pasqualina (Miele) and Alexander, and her sister, Evelyn. Helen had a beauty of character and personality that was noticed by everyone she met. She devoted her life to raising and loving her family. She also devoted a good part of her life to her parish church and the elementary school children of Reading at Pearl Street and Killam Schools. She served as a volunteer teacher’s aide at the two schools for almost 30 years. She served at St. Athanasius in the old Arts and Crafts group and sang in the church choir for almost 35 years.

    Atkinson, NH — Charliene P. Moore died May 16, 2013, in Pleasant Valley, N.H., after a long illness from cancer. She was born in Cambridge, Mass., on Aug. 16, 1945, daughter of the late Pearl and Charles Moore. She grew up in Everett, Mass., and graduated from Malden High. Charliene worked at the IRS for 20 years and for Securitas Services where her security assignments included stints at Sweetheart Plastics, Hewlitt Packard and Global Insights. She fought a long, hard battle with cancer and through it all loved her co-workers and friends. Charliene is survived by her longtime companion, Linda McAdams of Atkinson, N.H., and “Mac,” her furry little friend. Special thanks for the love and support given by the Nursing Staff from the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home and the Compassionate Hospice Care, where memorial donations may be sent in lieu of flowers to 25 Nashua Road #3, Londonderry, NH 03053.
