Naples, FL — Phillis (Patnaude) McPhee, 83, of Naples, Fla., passed onto her next adventure on October 25, after a long illness. Mrs. McPhee was born and raised in Derry, N.H., and graduated from Pinkerton Academy in Derry. She moved to Salem, N.H., when she married her husband, Robert W. McPhee. She later moved to Naples to be with family.
Phillis enjoyed vacationing at Northwood Lake, N.H., and Silver Springs, Fla. She loved activities with her friends, crafting, gardening, bargain hunting, and walking, often logging five miles a day, even into her 80s. Mrs. McPhee was a retired Raytheon Corp. machinist. Prior to that, she was the office manager for the The Salem Observer.
She is predeceased by Robert W. McPhee, her husband of 52 years. She is survived by two sons, Bryan McPhee of Marlton, N.J., and Scott McPhee and his wife, Carole, of Naples; one daughter, Linda McPhee of the Netherlands; and four grandchildren.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Friday, November 22, from 4 to 6:30 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 6:30 p.m., at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main Street, Salem, N.H.
