I found it interesting recently traveling from the east side of Methuen how icy and untreated the roads were. That is, of course, until I got to Sevoian Drive were the salt and sand were so thick it rattled on my car. Hmmm, think it has anything to do with the fact Mayor Zanni lives there? Our tax dollars at work.
I would like to thank whoever found my check book at TD Bank and turned it in. Thank you so much. It’s nice to know there are still honest people around. God bless you.
Another do-gooder wants to do away with the death penalty. I wonder if that person would feel that way if a couple of loved ones from his family were murdered. It’s very easy to say when it doesn’t concern you or yours. Naturally, there are many different cases. There could be three murders and there would be three different cases. For example, a person might use a shotgun and kill several people, and then there is a woman that is beaten badly by her husband for years, she gets a gun and blows him away. The mass murderer should get the death penalty and the woman should get two weeks in Florida. Also with the DNA testing which we now have and the many other means we have that come out of the laboratory there should be no mistakes in identity, absolutely none.
Thank you to the three generations of sisters, Adamo, Walker and Walsh, for the beautiful Christmas tree and gift card that I won. It was well shared by my family and friend.
