Letter: Golnik is best choice for Republicans

To the editor:

I believe that anyone who attended The Eagle-Tribune-sponsored debate at Mann's Orchard in Methuen was pleased with the outcome. We have four excellent Republican candidates for Congress in the 5th District.

One candidate, Jon Golnik, proved without a doubt that he is the one who can unseat Congresswoman Niki Tsongas in November.

Democrats would like to see Jon Golnik eliminated in the Republican primary because he would be the GOP's strongest candidate against Congresswoman Niki Tsongas.

Please join with me and support Jon Golnik on Sept. 14. He has raised the most money and is campaigning full-time. That is what it will take to win in November.
