Thanks, Rep. DiZ!
After trying unsuccessfully for nearly four years to get the Mass. Highway Department to fix the road in front of my house, I called Rep. Diana DiZoglio’s office last month. She got back to me in less than 24 hours and, as a result of her help, the problem was corrected in less than three weeks. I want to thank Rep. DiZoglio for her assistance. It is nice to know she takes the time to be our voice when others aren’t listening.
Methuen bugs me
It bugs me to no end seeing all the Christmas lights lit up on houses in Methuen way before Thanksgiving. It’s bad enough that retail stores do it. Try letting Thanksgiving get here first!
Free to be me
With regard to the health insurance mess: I think the Republicans are trying to preserve the freedom of choice that we as Americans have a right to. If some want to be shepherded by those who feel they know what is best, so be it. I for one would like to make my own choices and, yes, even my own mistakes!
That is what freedom is, my friends.
Take his gun
With recent incidents involving George Zimmerman directing a gun at, first, his wife and most recently his girlfriend, resulting in an arrest, it seems to me he got away with murder as he has problems with anger control. Also, he has been arrested for vehicle violations. Should that man deserve to carry a weapon?
I have to agree with the person who wrote in about the lousy job our so-called president has done. He is the worst president we have ever had. He has made a mess of this country and is always ready to put the blame elsewhere. I, for one, don’t believe he was born in America, and I think the best thing that could happen to the USA would be for him to be impeached (while we still have something of the USA left).
