To the editor:
Dante Ippolito says my letter is devoid of facts (Nov. 2).
President Obama gave inspiring speeches which motivated people to like him. Is it not a fact? He has promised Russia he would eliminate missiles from Eastern Europe. He also went to Copenhagen to make Chicago an Olympic venue. Are not these facts? He came back home empty handed. Was he not humiliated? Is he very intelligent? Was his journey presidential? No. His action showed he lacks foreign policy and executive experience. These are facts.
Obama repented at the altar of foreign nations saying America is arrogant, dominating, makes mistakes and makes wars with other countries. Please forgive us! God and foreign countries were very pleased with his humble behavior and welcomed him as a member of the community of nations. He brought hope of peace to all nations and was rightly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. It is a fact.
Dante Ippolito says I made unsupported assertions. Did not Obama say he would lift all embargoes from Cuba and bring back normal relations? Is it not appeasing to Fidel Castro?
A person is not very intelligent when he imitates others. President Obama wants to imitate the health care system of socialist and communist countries. He does not have the intelligence to devise a new health care plan following capitalistic principles. Capitalism has made America the most powerful and richest country in the world because it gives people maximum incentive to work, invent, invest, and generate capital. To maintain a leadership position, a leader has to follow the principles which have made America superior.
Dante Ippolito and President Obama do not know that efficiency of a government enterprise is always inferior to that of a private enterprise. That is why they are pushing for a government run health care system. That is why I said they are pushing for a socialist system at the cost of a superior capitalist system. One should know that the novelty, success and efficiency of a private health care system can put America in a leadership position!
During the election, Obama said that change is coming to America. Now I understand he is a Marxist and is surrounded by socialist and communist advisors. He learned Marxism from Marshall Davis, an international communist leader in Hawaii. He is following the three most important doctrines of Karl Marx: equal distribution of wealth, tax the rich and tax inheritance. Like any good communist leader, he has learned how to give good speeches.
Ron Bloom, Obama's manufacturing czar, is a Maoist. He says the free market concept is rubbish.
So, it is not a sprinkle of socialism in America. It is the beginning of social bureaucracy under Obama's leadership. By and large, Obama will be following socialist and Marxist philosophy.
