To the editor:
The Stealth Bomber was a fantastic sight! The Merrimack Valley area got a more sensational show than the crowd at Fenway Park.
My husband and I saw it circle the area four times! It may have made more rounds but that's what we saw on our 10-minute ride from Route 114 to Andover.
While stopped at the lights in Shawsheen Square the bomber flew directly over Lowell Street, coming right at us! I looked at the driver in the car next to us and he looked at me and we both said WOW! As we turned into the driveway we saw it again. It flew right over the house.
We learned later the Stealth was scheduled to fly over Fenway for the Bruins Classic. Thank you for the thrill, Stealth Bomber!
