To the editor:
I have to take issue with letter writer Dante Ippolito’s ultra-liberal stand on the Christie traffic jam. Why doesn’t “plausible deniability” apply to Gov. Christie as well as it applies to President Obama?
Obama’s secretary of state, UN representative, head of national security, IRS director and on and on and on are responsible in total to the president and the people of the United States. We do not have to get to the Oval Office to know that these people answer to Mr. Obama. So it stands to reason that ultimately he is responsible just as Ippolito says Gov. Christie is. If you’re going to hold feet to the fire, then let us be at least fair about it.
We the people, want to hold Mr. Obama responsible for all of the illegal political maneuverings of his staff for Benghazi, the IRS scandal, NSA spying, “Fast and Furious” and his capitulating on giving favors to his nearest and dearest by fitting Obamacare to their needs. Let’s start there. Then, if we have time, we can go after Gov. Christie for the huge traffic jam in New Jersey.
Maybe the liberal TV media should give equal and fair coverage to all of the news and not just push what they know people want to hear, especially in Massachusetts.
