Should Congress act to prevent the expiration of the Bush tax cuts at the end of this year?

Americans in 2011 face huge tax increases as tax cuts enacted during the George W. Bush administration expire. Among the hits to taxpayers: tax rates in all brackets will increase, the so-called "marriage penalty" will return and the child tax credit will be cut from $1,000 to $500.

Should Congress extend some or all of the tax cuts? What will be the effect on working Americans of a tax hike in the middle of a recession? Or should the added revenue be used to reduce the deficit? Tell us what you think.
