Five's a good card to draw if you're playing cribbage, but not so much if you're looking to rebuild a legendary National Basketball Association franchise.

Neither the presence of Tom Heinsohn nor the spirit of Red Auerbach could fetch the Boston Celtics the first or second pick in Tuesday night's NBA draft lottery.
