Teens arrested in North Andover house break

By Jim Patten
Staff Writer

NORTH ANDOVER — Two teenage boys were arrested after a neighbor saw them push up a window at a Phillips Common home and go inside.

Inspector Daniel Cronin said the neighbor called police at 11:22 a.m. yesterday and told dispatchers the two boys were dressed all in black.

Cronin said the entire shift of police officers responded to the home at 64 Phillips Common in time to catch the pair as they came out a side door of the home clutching cash and a cell phone.

Corey Steer, 17, and Jared Wilson, 17, both of 15 Wood Ave., were both charged with breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, receiving stolen property over $250 and receiving stolen property under $250.
