Vandals damage mailbox

HAVERHILL — Vandals damaged the mailbox in front of a Hyatt Avenue house Saturday night, police said.

A resident of the street told police he noticed the damage Sunday afternoon.

The plastic mailbox was cracked, but still standing. The house numbers were broken.

The damage was reported at 5:22 p.m. Sunday, police said.

Disturbance: 1314 Main St., 12:20 a.m.

Loud music: 12 10th Ave., 12:25 a.m.

Loud music: 580 N. Broadway, 12:33 a.m.

Arrest: Paul Saindon, 40, 13 Towne Hill Road, assault and battery on a household member, 13 Towne Hill Road, 2:15 a.m.

Loud music: 11 S. Lincoln St., 3:07 a.m.

Vandalism: 330 Primrose St., car damaged, 7:37 a.m.

Burglary: 4 Swasey St., 8:19 a.m.

Vandalism: 207 Kenoza St., car damaged, 8:44 a.m.

Disturbance: 117 Lincoln Ave., 9:39 a.m.

Arrest: Gregory Bailey, 23, 108 Montclair Road, assault and battery on a household member, malicious damage to property, 108 Montclair Road, 11 a.m.

Loud music: 32 New Hampshire Ave., 12:11 p.m.

Car crash: Main Street, under investigation, 12:44 p.m.

Disturbance: 99 Main St., 1:30 p.m.

Disturbance: 21 Colonial Farm Road, 1:55 p.m.

Vandalism: 252 Broadway, car damaged. 2:16 p.m.

Theft: 14 York St., 4:15 p.m.

Arrest: Marla Leblanc, 49, 150 Wilson St., assault with a dangerous weapon, 150 Wilson St., 4:20 p.m.

Car crash: Charles Street, under investigation, 6:55 p.m.

Arrest: Jeffrey Plouff, 29, 63 Crystal Court, driving under the influence of alcohol second or subsequent offense, negligent operation of a vehicle, 63 Crystal Court, 7:53 p.m.

Theft: 16 Grove St., 8:05 p.m.

Loud music: 45 Locust St., 11:23 p.m.
