ANDOVER — Anthony Giordano, CFP, financial consultant at RBC Wealth Management in Andover, has earned the educational designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) through Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. Giordano has been with RBC Wealth Management for the past 27 years. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 10 years as an IRS agent.

SALEM, N.H. — Teavana, a specialty tea and tea accessory retailer, is setting up shop at The Mall at Rockingham Park. The store, located on the upper level, is scheduled to open later this month. This will be Teavana's first store in New Hampshire.
Teavana sells various loose-leaf teas, tea-based hot and cold drinks, and additional merchandise such as teapots, tea cups, music and books.

George's background includes several years of finance, operations and office management experience in other industries such as high tech and pharmaceuticals. She is a member of the Association for Accounting Administration, where she was recently named vice president of the Northeast Chapter.

WAKEFIELD — Robert DiBella, executive vice president and treasurer of The Savings Bank in Wakefield, was elected chairman of the Strategic Issues Council for the Financial Managers Society (FMS) at its annual meeting in Orlando, Fla. Dibella was appointed to a two-year term on the board of directors. He has been a member of FMS for over 10 years and joined the Strategic Issues Council in 2006.
