O'Shaughnessy Lane — Salem, N.H.'s newest subdivision Only 4 lots remain

SALEM, N.H. — Six beautiful custom-built homes are currently being developed and constructed by Stonehill Builders, LLC on a brand new cul-de-sac on O'Shaughnessy Lane.

Tucked away in a peaceful and private location, the subdivision is located off Theresa Avenue, just one block from the very popular and highly acclaimed William T. Barron Elementary School.

In fact, O'Shaughnessy Lane is named after Dick O'Shaughnessy, who was principal of the Barron School for 21 years. He also served as executive director of the Greater Salem Caregivers and the Salem Boys and Girls Club, president of the Big Brothers — Big Sisters Association, and president of the board of directors of the Salem Visiting Nurses Association.

With such a strong bond and commitment to the Salem community, and because the development was in the immediate Barron School district, Tom Saab of Tom Saab Real Estate, and Tom Gioseffi of Stonehill Builders felt it was appropriate that this new street be named after such an exceptional man. And it is only appropriate that a development named after such an incredible individual should exceed all expectations in its location, design, and quality.

Surrounded by large pine trees and various forms of nature, the development on O'Shaughnessy Lane is being built next to approximately 80 acres of conservation land where no other homes will ever be built. This convenient location is close enough to all of the stores and restaurants on Route 28, but far enough away to make residents feel as if they live deep in the woods of New Hampshire.

The homes scheduled to be built are two-story colonials with three or four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. However, Stonehill Builders can custom build almost any style home you desire.

The designs by Stonehill Builders LLC are spacious, efficient, and beautiful. Details include hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom, fireplace, a full basement with a walk-out, two-stall garage, vinyl siding, central air conditioning, town water and sewer, and much more.

Stonehill Builders, LLC is comprised of two local builders: Tom Gioseffi of Gio Properties LLC, and Tom Mosson of Tom Mosson Builders. These two gentlemen have combined their talents and experiences under one name and have been working in the northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire area for more than 15 years.

They bring to the table a wide spectrum of experience, knowledge, and the ability to provide you with top of the line subcontractors and vendors to complete a project on time and within budget.

Because of the amazing location, quality and affordability, two of the houses have already sold. This leaves only four lots still available for purchase.

Listed between $389,900 and $409,900, the homes are being sold by Tom Saab Real Estate out of the Merrimack Valley/Southern New Hampshire office, located at 25 Jackson St. in Methuen. Tom Saab has been serving the Merrimack Valley, Southern New Hampshire and Seacoast areas for 30 years, and brings commitment and integrity to every real estate transaction.
