Amanda Fontaine and Christopher Comeau

Amanda Fontaine and Christopher Comeau were married on Nov. 1, 2008 at St. Catherine of Siena in Manchester, N.H. Father Paul Montminy officiated the ceremony. The reception was held at the Manchester Country Club. The bride's father Russ gave his daughter in marriage.

Amanda is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Fontaine of Litchfield, N.H. Christopher is the son of Mr. and Mrs. T.J. Comeau of Haverhill.

The maid of honor was Kristen Fontaine, sister of the bride, of Litchfield. The bridesmaids were Caitlin Cavanaugh, cousin of the bride, of Roslindale, Cate Comeau, sister of the groom, of Haverhill. Laura (Mitchell) DeMaggio, friend of the bride, of Ayer, and Heidi Chase, friend of the bride and groom, of Haverhill.

The best man was Dave Clark, friend of the groom, of Haverhill. The ushers were Michael Barbieri of Groveland, Joseph Byron of Haverhill, Michael Jewett of Pelham, N.H., Donny Slater of Methuen, all friends of the groom, Jeffrey Garlough, long-time friend of the groom of Rochester, N.H., and Joe Cioni, future brother-in-law of the groom of Brighton.

Amanda is a graduate of Alvirne High School. She also graduated from Emanuel College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Communications. She works at General Electric in Billerica in Public Relations.

Christopher is a graduate of Haverhill High School. He attended Northern Essex Community College and New England College of Finance. He works at TD Bank in Haverhill as a Community Development Loan Officer.

The couple vacationed in Hawaii and California.

They reside in Haverhill.
