Paul and Dorothy Gallant of Norton are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Cheryl Ann Gallant to Jeffrey Ralph Barraclough, son of Ralph and Barbara Barraclough of Salem, N.H.

Cheryl is a graduate of Boston Latin School and received her bachelor's degree from Gordon College. She is employed as the Director of Rehabilitation at the Vocational Advancement Center in Brighton.

Jeffrey graduated in 1999 from Salem High School and also received his bachelor's degree from Gordon College. He is the Director of the L.L. Lee Scouting Museum in Manchester, N.H. and is currently a graduate student at the University of New Hampshire.

Vows will be exchanged on Sept. 27, 2009, at the Marsh Corner Community Church in Methuen.
