Free workshops on allergy treatment

SALEM, N.H. — Advanced Allergy Treatment Centers of New England will present two free workshops Tuesday, Jan. 13, at 11 a.m. and Tuesday, Jan. 27, at 6:15 p.m. Attendees will learn about advanced allergy therapeutics. Advanced Allergy Treatment Centers of New England is located at 202 Main St., Suite G-2.

METHUEN — "Nutrition 101" will be offered Tuesday, Jan. 13, from 7:45 to 9 p.m. "Starting an Exercise Program" will be the topic Thursday, Jan. 15, from 7:45 to 9 p.m. "Learn Trigger Point Massage" Thursday, Feb. 5, from 7:45 to 9 p.m. Each event will be held at 678 Lowell St. Open to the public. Dyslexia seminar for children and adults

AMESBURY — Adults or children who have difficulties with reading, writing, spelling, decoding, handwriting, math, or attention deficits, are welcome to join an informational seminar Friday, Jan. 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Boston North Technology Park, 110 Haverhill Road. Free, but registration is required.

Free community workshop

SALEM, N.H. — Three solutions to health problems will be presented during a free workshop Thursday, Jan. 22, 7 p.m. at Workout Club and Wellness Center, 16 Pelham Road.

Attendees will learn about three underlying causes of health problems: stress, toxicity and nerve interference. The Foundation For Wellness Professionals will teach participants how to take positive steps toward better health using natural health care, cleansing and nutritional supplements to prevent and eliminate the cause of disease.
