LAWRENCE — A woman parked her car at Broadway and Bradford Street and left a laptop computer and GPS device inside.

When she returned to her 2002 Nissan Maxima she found the driver's side window had been smashed and the Dell laptop computer and Magellan GPS taken.

The victim told Officer Guillermo Rojas she parked her car at 8 a.m. and discovered the break when she returned to it at 9:30 a.m. The break was reported at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
