N.H. courts move slowly toward public Internet access

CONCORD, N.H. - The state's courts are preparing for a giant leap onto the Internet, although not as quickly as hoped or planned.

New case management software was supposed to go live in Concord District Court in July 2005, but wasn't up and running until January 2006. A year later, it is being used in 11 of the state's 36 District courts. It will go into the first Family Division courts in March, and the software is still being adapted for the Superior and Probate courts.Read this article in full with a
