LAWRENCE — Two apartments in the city were broken into Tuesday, netting thieves home electronics, jewelry, clothing and money, police said.
The first burglary happened at 31 Easton St. A second-floor apartment was entered sometime after 10:30 a.m. and a 32-inch Sony plasma television, worth $2,000, and a DVD player were taken, the resident told police.
The second break-in was at 7 Birch St. Residents reported many items missing, including 12 wristwatches, two computers, a digital camera, a gold necklace and money, police said.
